This section gives you an overview of how to make payments via Braintree through OrchestratorX.

About​

Braintree is a payment processor that allows online businesses to accept payments via app or website. It also provides merchant accounts and payment gateways. PayPal owns Braintree, and a PayPal Business account is required. To know more about payment methods supported by Braintree via OrchestratorX, visit here.

Activating via OrchestratorX​

Prerequisites​

  1. You need to be registered with Braintree in order to proceed. In case you don't, you can quickly sign up by visiting the Braintree website.
  2. You should have a registered OrchestratorX account. You can access your account from the OrchestratorX control center.
  3. The Braintree Merchant ID, Public Key, and Private Key are available in your Braintree dashboard under: Home page > Settings > API.
  4. To set webhooks, navigate to Home page > Settings > API > Webhooks and create a new webhook.
